How do I upload my lab reports?+

Is my health data secure?+
Yes. Every report is end-to-end encrypted, in transit and at rest, and stored in secure cloud storage with backups. You decide who you share with, and we never sell your data to anyone.
What does the health score mean?+
Your Health Score is a single number from 0 to 100 computed from your report parameters, each weighted against ideal reference ranges. It updates with every new report, so you can watch it climb as your health improves.
Can I use the app without uploading reports?+
Absolutely. You can manually log vitals like blood pressure and blood glucose, read curated health articles, and explore the dashboard before uploading a single report.
How accurate is the AI analysis?+
Our AI achieves 92%+ interpretation accuracy across common blood tests, based on established medical literature. It is decision support, not a diagnosis — always consult a qualified physician for medical decisions.
What types of lab reports are supported?+
Medikhata reads CBC, lipid panel, liver function, kidney function, thyroid, vitamin levels, and most common blood tests from labs and hospitals across India.
Common issues
Report upload failed
Usually caused by an unsupported file format or a file larger than the size limit — use PDF, PNG or JPG under 25 MB.
Can't log in
Double-check your password or request a fresh OTP; codes expire after a few minutes.
Score not updating
Analysis can take a few minutes after upload. Pull to refresh the dashboard once it completes.
Not receiving notifications
Enable push notifications for Medikhata in your device settings and check your in-app schedule.
App crashes or freezes
Update to the latest version and restart the app; clearing the cache resolves most performance issues.
